Hello! My name is Hoang Anh Tuan, President of Tan Phu Vietnam Joint Stock Company. As a young person with great concern about the sustainable development path of the business, I feel two pains that Tan Phu and Vietnamese consumers are facing.
Internally, Tan Phu Vietnam is one of the oldest plastic enterprises with more than 40 years of experience in the field of processing and manufacturing. However, unfortunately, that is also a limitation when only focusing on outsourcing instead of developing products, brands, which resulted in being little known by consumers.
On the customer side, when the need for household products is increasing with stricter requirements for quality, they often look for imported products with high prices, insufficient supply, and sometimes unmatching the needs and preferences of the Vietnamese people. Generally, Vietnamese businesses, including Tan Phu Vietnam, are losing opportunities in their own ground, while consumers still have to bear the costs and spend a lot of effort seeking quality products.
These concerns have motivated me & Tan Phu Vietnam to build INOCHI – a premium household brand that meets international standards but has a more reasonable price for Vietnamese people.
INOCHI was born with the aspiration to become the national pride, a product, a brand of the Vietnamese people, made by the Vietnamese with Japanese standards and quality. Through INOCHI, we also want to spread a minimalist and sophisticated lifestyle in every family.
Inochi is a customer-centric brand. That is also the reason why we take the message “Every day beside you” as a guideline in the development orientation. Each customer’s evaluation is respectfully listened to constantly improve ourselves, best respond to their expectation. Besides, each INOCHI employee will play an important role, becoming a “brand ambassador” to spread a positive vibe to customers.
Since the market launch, INOCHI is improving day by day, getting closer to the set expectation. The trust and love of many customers is the motivation for us to reach higher and fly further on the development journey. However, INOCHI does not want consumers to only remember the brand with products made from high-quality plastic. In the near future, INOCHI will launch a variety of products made from ceramics, glass,… to realize the goal of serving the bare necessities and needs of all families.
