INOCHI with VIETNAM Middle School Debating Championship (VMDC)

In recent years, we have seen an increase in “critical thinking” courses. Critical thinking skills are valuable when a study abroad application or a close job opportunity appears. 

In an age of information overload and fake news, it is easy for students to be passive in their learning and lack the opportunity to reflect on what they have been taught. Therefore, critical thinking skills are becoming more and more important for students.

VMDC 2022 is the first debate tournament for middle school students in Vietnam. The game brings together a team of prestigious & experienced judges and many talented students nationally.

Supporting the young Vietnamese debate community with this special event, the high-end homeware brand Inochi and Tasco company have accompanied as Platinum sponsors.

The debating Championship for Middle School Students in Vietnam (VMDC) was organized by True North School in collaboration with Point Avenue. The tournament also received support from the Vietnam Debating Federation (VDA) and Debate For All Vietnam (DFAV).

Although it is the first time held, the program’s attractiveness has attracted to:

More than 30 judges

The best teams and debaters gathered and competed in the final round in 2 days: 3 and 4 December 2002.

The first 3 preliminary rounds of VMDC 2022 were held in an atmosphere of excitement, full of the learning spirit of all contestants. Although you are still high school students, you have all left a lot of impressions at the tournament with your excellence & great spirit of competition. At the end of the day, the talented judges of VMDC 2022 also personally “village” to bring all the young debaters a top-notch Simulation Debate match, worthy of the name of the Round of ” master”.

Inochi accompanies this contest with the spirit of encouragement, nurturing young talents, and respecting individuality, and individual thinking. This is also the foundation for future generations to be more confident in their journey to conquer the dream heights in life, study, and career. In addition to the award title, the organizers also selected Inochi products as gifts for students/teams with high achievements in the competition rounds. On the 2 exam days, the Inochi product display and introduction area also attracted a large number of visits from students and parents.
